Shipments/deliveries of our items are made by CTT or by Private Transport Company (CTT express/Zelo), with shipments to the islands and abroad only being ensured by CTT. Recém mamã has contracted with Zelo for a delivery time after dispatch of up to 48 working hours, however it is not responsible for any delays caused by carriers.
Orders sent by CTT have a delivery deadline set by the CTT service.

Orders that are sent by CTT express and that are eventually lost are refunded by Recém mamã in customer balance so that the customer can make a new purchase. This situation is extremely rare but not impossible to occur. Recém mamã will only reimburse the customer after confirmation from CTT express that the order was actually lost, this process may take up to 30 days.

Orders that are collected in our physical store are available for collection within a maximum period of 3 working days.

If the order sent by Carrier or CTT is returned due to the buyer not receiving it after several delivery/collection attempts, Recém mamã will not refund the amount paid and the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs and of the new shipment.

Items in stock may be sent on the same day or at the latest the next day, unless there is a problem, such as illness.
Items that are out of stock have a shipping time of between 3-10 working days.

How to exchange or return products?

Our main goal is your complete satisfaction, which is why we offer a "Simple Return Policy".

Return upon delivery:

Items not accepted for return or exchange

Orders returned for collection will not be accepted.

Returned or lost order: What to do?

If you decide not to collect your order, upon payment of the applicable fees, it will be returned to our store.

However, we draw attention to the fact that not all countries accept the return of orders, so as an alternative to not accepting the payment of fees, and depending on the laws of the destination country, the order may not be authorized for return, resulting in its destruction.
