SHIPPING/DELIVERY
Our items are dispatched/delivered by CTT or by private carrier (CTT expresso). Shipments to the islands and abroad are only made by CTT. Recém mamã has contracted a delivery time of up to 48 working hours with the CTT expresso carrier, but is not responsible for any carrier delays.
Orders sent by CTT have a delivery time set by the CTT service.
Shipments sent by CTT in the "Correio Normal" mode run a greater risk of loss and delays as there is no record/code to verify the parcel's location. Recém mamã cannot be held responsible for loss/delay in this mode, as other shipping methods are available that guarantee the registration and tracking of the parcel, such as our carrier: CTT expresso.
Orders sent by CTT Express that are eventually lost will be refunded by Recém Mama to the customer's balance so that the customer can make a new purchase. This situation is extremely rare but not impossible. Recém mamã will only reimburse the customer once CTT Express has confirmed that the parcel has indeed been lost. This process can take up to 30 days.
Orders collected from our physical shop are available for collection within a maximum of 3 working days.
If the parcel sent by courier or CTT is returned because the buyer has not received it, the customer will have to return it to us.
